Krabi is a province in South Thailand, the western part of which is worn by the Andaman Sea. Her neighbours are Phang Nga, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat and Trung. Its total area is 4,708 square kilometres, with 433,000 inhabitants. The coastline has reached 150 km (of course not all suited for swimming).

The main locality of the province and its capital, Krabi Town, is located on the shore of the river with the same name as the eastern part of it. The distance from Bangkok to Kraby is about 850 km. Ground transportation can be obtained from Bangkok in 12 to 14 hours (at 1 hour) depending on the traffic in the capital of Thailand. The urban population is 25,000.

Krabi is both a name and a province (which includes about 200 islands, including Lanta and Phi Phi) and a main city (multipals) in Krabi Town.

There's some confusion and misunderstanding about where you'll rest if you go to Kraby.

When they say rest in Kraby, they refer to the mainland of Thailand, one of the resorts located outside the capital of Kraby. The main ones are Ao Nang, Railey, Nopparat Thara, Klong Muang and Tub Kaek. The most visited, where the people are the first three, and Ao Nang moves smoothly to Noparrat Thara. There are almost no people on Klong Muang and Tab Kaek, you can only meet a dozen people on a multi-kilometre coast all day (a little more season). But getting there isn't that easy.

If Ao Nanga travels 50-baht public routes to the city of Kraby, these beaches will have to be ordered by a taxi or by their own transport, for example, on a rented bike. From Ao Nanga to Klong Muang 13 km (so my motobaik showed) and to Tub Kaek 20 km. They're on the same side, you're on the way to the pointer, you're going to Klong Muang on the left, you're going to the right, you're going to Tub Kaek on the 7 km. Tours are not organized for the rest of the province ' s beaches, although there are still many interesting places to rest in the shadows of the palm (there are no hotels or no hotels only).
